Get your Permit to Carry for Texas and 38 other states! Oath2Defend Training is proud to offer the finest License To Carry class in the state of Texas. Taught by Jake Burden Sr., students will feel comfortable as they complete the required classroom instruction and range qualification, built into a single day of instruction. Sometimes class is broken up into two days. Prospective students should note that there is NO instruction on shooting skills, and all students are expected to be able to safely operate their handgun and pass the proficiency exam. Please consider our Basic Handgun Course if you need basic shooting instruction. If you do not pass the range qualification, you may be subject to a $40 fee in order to re-qualify. You will need a safe, serviceable handgun, as well as 50 rounds of factory new ammunition and a current Texas Driver's License or ID card to complete the class. Handguns are available for Rent for $12 1 box (50 Rounds) of ammunition is for sale at my cost. Please email me if ammunition is needed.
