Axolotl and tank

Description

I have an axolotl that needs a new home. He’s a wild type, a little over a year old, and has a patch of skin that needs to regrow. He’s eating pellets at the moment. $50 for him and a ten gallon temporary tank. Axolotls cannot be housed on gravel (sand, tile, or bare bottom), no snails ever, only ghost shrimp guppies or mollies as tankmates. They need cold water so 62-64 is a great temp (no heater needed!) and do not like water flow so sponge filters are best. You want 20 gallons for the first axolotl (that’s why this is a temp tank), then 10 more for each additional one, but they must be the same size and gender. Aloe is toxic to them, so I recommend using prime. If you have any questions, or are interested, feel free to reach out.
