The Helis Foundation - Arts for All Free Admission to the Louisiana Children's Museum. Enjoy free admission to the Louisiana Children's Museum thanks to the Arts For All Program sponsored by The Helis Foundation. AM session arrival times are 11:30am, 12pm, 1pm and 1:30pm PM sessiono arrival times are 2pm, 2:30pm, and 3pm Once you have been admitted you are welcome to play until closing at 4:30pm. *COVID Updates* Louisiana Children’s Museum requires masks for all guests and staff with the exception of children under the age of 2. This includes those who are vaccinated, as well. Masks are optional while enjoying our beautiful outdoor exhibits.
