Need someone to help me with ADU permit

Hello, I want to build a 1-bedroom, approximately 650 sqf detached ADU in my backyard and looking for someone to get all the paperwork done for the city of San Jose building permit. I have the location figured out, I know what interior layout I need, but need someone to put it all together. Architectural part, structural, title 24 and whatever else is needed. Let me know your experience and approximate cost, please. Thanks!
