Cushman & Wakefield Multifamily is looking for a dedicated and committed individual to fill our Maintenance Supervisor position at our beautiful Berkeley property, The Addison Apartments. The Maintenance Supervisor provides maintenance support and is accountable for delivering on our commitments to our residents. This includes quality move-in, resident satisfaction, quality and timely service and personal attention to our residents. The Maintenance Supervisor responds to our resident's service request and is instrumental in helping C&W Multifamily deliver superior customer service to our residents. Requirements - High School diploma or GED; Higher education or trade school preferred and some certifications required including HVAC. Able to use computer applications and systems as needed.
