Groundskeeper for youth soccer fields

Solano Surf is the premier youth soccer club in Solano County. We have over 2,00 boys and girls ages 4 through 18 participate each year in our various outdoor soccer programs. We are hiring a groundskeeper to maintain our 11+ acres of soccer fields and adjacent facilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors and will take great pride in ensuring our facilities are the best they can be for our young athletes. Duties: Operate and maintain a zero-turn mower Paint fields - attention to detail is important Regular property walks to maintain a well-kept and manicured facility Routine maintenance of irrigation system (adjusting sprinkler heads, etc) Regular athletic field maintenance (aeration, fertilization, soil amendments, etc) Schedule: Part time. Varies throughout the year, though generally Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays. Start time is negotiable however most work must be completed before our players take the field, during the week this is usually around 4pm.
