Over Time then overuse of gravel top access to a few homes has deteriorated it to a "not-so-pretty" scene! It needs attention and care now. Need help developing usage agreements by all neighbors who may wish to use this property (easement) to reach respective properties; with provisions to include: -- Additional fees levied on properties with alternative access or approach to respective own properties. -- Additional fees levied on properties with more than one access or approach to respective own properties. -- Tax and maintenance provisions, including fees paid to "property". -- Provisions to enforce agreement and penalty for violations -- Provisions for any Non-Residential related use. any other thoughts?
