initiate (i-ˈni-shē-ˌāt) v. “to cause or facilitate the beginning of; to induct into membership; to instruct in the rudiments or principles The TSC Initiate Course is intended to enroll, inspire, and show men a path to their power, so that they become better fathers, sons, brothers, friends, and husbands on their way to becoming the man they always wanted to be. The Courses are a unique environment where Initiates interested in the Sterling Men’s Weekend are exposed to some of the insights and lessons from graduates of the weekend. 4 Week Course Week 1 - Tuesday 7:00pm-9:00pm Sept 7th Week 2 - Tuesday 7:00pm-9:00pm Sept 14th Week 3 - Tuesday 7:00pm-9:00pm Sept 21st Week 4 - Tuesday 7:00pm-9:00pm Sept 28th A team of men engaging in discovering and disolving barriers so that they can be the men they always wanted to be.
