Need to rehome our family dog. She repeatedly escapes our yard and we live on an insanely busy rural road. We have a 3yo and no matter what we try she manages to get out and escape. Please no rude comments, she got hit on the road 6 weeks ago I was given the option of putting her down or spending $5k to repair her radius and ulna. She had the surgery and has since managed to escape twice when she's supposed to be on rest/lockdown. I purchased a halo collar, did 6 weeks of a private dog trainer (before her accident and during recovery), have tried to repair the fence etc. There's more to the story, that I'll tell the right home. Including breed etc. Rehoming fee is negotiable to the right home. She is AMAZING with kids, amazing with all animals, she is alpha when it comes to other dogs but loves other dogs. She isn't spayed yet as we were waiting until 2yo. She weighs 100lbs. 100% house broken, used to having free roam of the house but also doesn't have a problem being caged.
