DECK BUILDER - EXPERINCED CARPETERS AND A LABORER NEEDED We are a small well established Construction Company in Bothell and have been in business for over 30 years… Almost all our jobs are in the local area Bothell, Kenmore, Brier, Mill Creek, Edmonds, Lake Forest Park, Woodinville… We preform a wide range of job’s including, but not limited to: Decks, Stairs & Handrail Systems Beautiful Roof Covers/ Outdoor Living Areas ( that have skylights, pine soffit, heaters, bars/counter tops, fire places all the bells and whistles) Fences Home Additions Concrete Foundations, Footings & Slabs Installing Skylights, Window’s & Doors We are looking for a Skilled Carpenter who has 3+ year’s experience in the jobs we do… Depending on experience this job could turn into our lead carpenter… Carpenter Job Requirements: Must be on time and dependable Ability to follow detailed instructions Must work well unsupervised & with other crew members, have the knowledge and experience to solve problems if they should come up Must have own tools Reliable daily transportation, Valid driver’s license & Insurance Be able to lift 75+ lbs. Have a positive attitude Laborer: Reliable daily transportation, Valid driver’s license & Insurance Must be a hard worker, on time, comfortable with power tools and willing to learn… There will be a lot of manual labor Digging holes for concrete, moving and stacking bags of concrete Demo of decks, etc. and hauling to the trailer Unloading and moving of materials Be able to lift 75+lbs so must be physically fit Have general knowledge of how to measure and cut using a variety of hand and power tools Be able to take direction from carpenters Required to have basic bags & hand tools (hammer, tape measure, square, chalk) There is opportunity to advance as knowledge, dependability and tool collection grow so will your pay rate These are full-time, hourly position. You must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and remain on your feet for long periods of time.
