The Rust Belt Theater Company presents “Drag, Duets, and Desserts”, a special fundraising event, August 27th & 28th, each night at 8:00 PM The show will feature Youngstown’s favorite drag diva, Starrlet O’Hara, singing duets with other local singers, including AnnMarie Lowerre, Raymond Morgan, Kat Fitzgerald, Murad Shorrab, Bernadette Lim, Joey Corradi, Tyler Hanes, Batonya Dumplin, Esther Gin, Emelia Sherin, Pk Lankford, Jennifer Kuczek, Jacob Nash, Vicci Sfikas, Dean LaSalandra, and more! “I tried to reach out to performers who don’t usually have time in their schedule to commit to a full run of a show, but who still love the Rust Belt and want it to succeed.” -Robert Dennick Joki Tickets are $25 each. Each admission includes dessert from Jimmy’s Italian Eatery, Buffcakes Cheesecakes, or Pie Oh My, AND a gift of hand crafted jewelry designed by Robert Dennick Joki. “Our goal is to sell one hundred tickets to this event. If we can do that, we can pay our rent at the Calvin Center for the remainder of 2021. That will allow us to stop worrying about closing for the time being, and just focus on producing quality, locally written theater.” The Rust Belt Theater Company is located in the Calvin Center at 755 Mahoning Avenue, just outside of downtown Youngstown. Refund Policy: Due to the nature of the event being a fundraiser, in lieu of a refund, the price of the ticket(s) will be considered a donation to the theater.
