We are looking for our dad, he has wondered off and we haven’t seen him. Last seen riding his bike on division street naked but wearing a helmet. Which is a good thing he has mental issues and is suppose to wear his helmet during all activities. He has been known to eat crayons and lick lead paint walls, it’s a odd thing to do but it’s what he has a taste for, any help is appreciated. Attached is a photo so if you can please help. Thanks.
