Looking for handyman to handle furniture assembly, fixing general maintenance issues in a airbnb property. Ability to deal with various issues like bringing in packages, assembling furniture, fixing backed up toilets, changing lights, outlets, really anything around the house that comes up. Experience with basic painting, plumbing, carpentry required. Please provide resume and references. Should live driving distance to Fort Lauderdale and have your own car/tools. Rate 25 dollars per hour unless emergency situations which we can negotiate.
