You guessed it! We are hiring now for the upcoming fantastic holiday season here at Lighting by Design! We are gearing up to put some much needed enjoyment into the festive season ahead! If you are interested in being a part of a fun and rewarding experience, check out the positions we are filling below! Van / Bucket Truck Drivers and Installers - Want to earn good money? This is a seasonal position possibly leading to regular work after the holiday season. Work is 6+ days per week, 10+ hrs. per day. LOTS of OT $ paid @ time & half. Come to our company where there is ALWAYS a weekly paycheck! Need motivated individuals to drive and install holiday / Christmas lights. Experience preferred but not necessary. Must be a quick & efficient worker. We will train the right people. You will be installing lights while standing on the ground, on ladders, on rooftops, or in a bucket truck or lift. Must be able to carry up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in rain or shine...typical Florida weather! Driver applicants must have a valid driver license and a reasonably clean driving record. Ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle and / or tow a trailer or lift is preferred. BE FLEXIBLE and work Monday - Saturday and some Sundays when necessary. Will report each morning to our Southern Blvd facility (between 441 / SR 7 & FL Turnpike) by 7:00 am daily. People with backgrounds in construction, electrical, landscaping, tree trimming, jack of all trades, military, law enforcement and front line responders are encouraged to apply!
