This park contains a wide variety of plants native to Florida. The park is an oasis surround by canals and is located in a suburban neighborhood. There is a butterfly garden, a bird garden and a meandering trail that takes you through different habitats. Wildlife spotted here includes: Otters, birds, butterflies, Gopher Tortoises, squirrels, rabbits and Black Racer snakes (non-venomous). Bird species include Barred Owls, Red Shouldered Hawks, Little Green Heron, Limpkins, Great White Heron, Ducks, Cardinals, Robins, Red Bellied Woodpeckers, Pileated Woodpecker, Mocking Birds and Ospreys.
