Fence Builder Wanted: Need Fence For Yard Built In September

We recentely purchased a home in the new subdivision of “company homes” in Samoa, and are looking to hire a handyman or fence builder to build a simple, 3 1/2 to 4 foot high “white picket fence” with a gate and arbor as the front entrance. The yard is approx. 45 x 60 (rough estimate), and the fence will have four sides. The materials used should be quality, but do not need to be “top of the line” or “the best.” Basically, we would like a basic, solid fence built at an affordable price.
