2021 Season Kickoff Event (Philly Phlash) We are pleased to announce our 2021 kickoff event will be held on Saturday, August 28th! To show our love for the great city of Philadelphia, the Board will be visiting a few of Philly's most famous spots and displaying our Seminole pride with club photos. We hope to see all of your smiling faces rocking garnet and gold alongside us! To get around town, the club will be riding the Philly Phlash Downtown Loop, which runs every 15 minutes. If interested in joining, the club will be meeting at 12:45 p.m. on the lawn near the Liberty Bell and take photos at Independence Hall followed by Love Park (stop #5) at 1:30 p.m. and the Rocky statue (stop #11) at 2:30 p.m. *Please note due to bus route limitations, the club will get off at Rodin Museum (stop #8) and walk to the Rock statue.*These photo times are estimated, so if you decide to join along the way, we will do our best to keep groups together and include everyone in photos before proceeding to the next location. For those driving into the city, parking garages are located near Independence Mall. If parking in any of the five Philly Phlash Downtown garages, present Phlash pass for discounted parking (enter after 9:00 a.m. and depart before 7:00 p.m.). Tickets are $5 for a one day pass and can be purchased at Philly Phlash Downtown Loop Information - Visit Philadelphia (visitphilly.com) along with additional parking information. Children 4 and under and seniors can ride for free. SEPTA pass and key card holders also apply. Once photos are completed. the club will walk to Fado Irish Pub for drinks, appetizers, and door prizes! Can't make it to Fado? No worries, riders can take the Phlash back to Independence Mall garages. If you are unable to join our Philly tour, we hope to see you at Fado at 4:00 p.m. for some fun Seminoles trivia and giveaways to kick off the 2021 season. Club merchandise including t-shirts and tote bags will also be available for purchase.
