The Loft Warehouse has chartered a sunset cruise w/Detroit History Tours and BaySail You have VIP clients, so you know how important it is to nurture those relationships, both with quality time spent together, and a memorable demonstration of your appreciation. Based on your feedback at our meetings earlier in summer, you all are enthusiastic about investing in your best clients in this manner, so that they will think of you as their " forever agent". That's why we have chartered this tall ship cruise, to make it available for you and your VIP guests to spend some time out on the river, on a late summer evening, 6-9 PM on Friday, 9/10/21. The cost is $100/ seat, and the seating capacity is somewhere between 35 and 40. There will be snacks and deserts, along with light refreshments and wine onboard. The idea is that you purchase the tickets for your clients and yourself, and let me know what would make the trip more comfortable and fun for your clients. This could be the perfect opportunity for you to introduce your VIP clients to one another for mutual benefit ( Like a developer and an architect, for example) Do you need to have a souvenir to give them - let's talk about it.Do we need extra blankets and pillows?Music ( sea shanties)?Special handouts to promote your prized listing? Please discuss this with your clients this week, so that your guests can plan accordingly. By next week I would like to have our manifest mostly completed. Thank you!! The History Under Sail tour, updated from the previous years’ experience, is a three-hour long tour jam packed with stories and the history of the Detroit River. According to the tour website, “You will depart from the Port of Detroit and sail up the river and under the Ambassador Bridge as our award-winning guides share the stories of the city's skyscrapers, the wars for control of the river, and the secret hiding spots of mischief makers.” We can interject at any and all times with a mini presentation of our own about buildings and developments that we pass in front of.
