TO APPLY:  Please visit  to view open opportunities and apply.   Building Steward  Position starts at $13/hr Clean and sanitize restrooms using established practices and procedure.  Clean conference rooms, offices and other work areas, including windows and glass.   Sweeps, mop and maintain all floors. Vacuums and cleans rugs and carpets. Wash walls and equipment; use ladders when required in work assignments. Clean and sanitize warehouse restroom, break room and public areas. Empty interior and exterior waste containers.\ Cleans all duct work, vents, light fixtures, and ceiling fixtures. Replenishes bathroom and cleaning supplies as needed.    Move furniture, equipment, supplies and tools on an incidental basis.  Wash accessible interior and exterior windows.   Clean blinds.  Launder cleaning rags and dust mops.  Sets up conference rooms as requested. Picks up trash and litter from building grounds. Floor Care Technician Position starts at $14.50/hr Removes spots from carpets, performs bonnet, and extraction carpet cleaning. Operates floor sweepers, buffers, strippers, walk-behind auto scrubber, vacuum cleaners, and work with hazardous chemicals while wearing adequate personal protective equipment (PPE).  Performs routine floor care and preventative floor maintenance throughout the facility, including hard surfaces, tile, concrete, engineered hardwood, carpeting and vinyl tile/planks. This includes offices, classrooms, conference rooms, hallways, restrooms, common areas, and other floor areas. Cleans, dust mops, wet mops, strips, and waxes floors. Vacuums and cleans rugs and carpets. Cleans stairwells and elevators. Conducts daily walk through of the facility to ensure all areas of flooring are well cleaned.   Provides spot treatment as needed for staining. Adheres to all organizational safety, risk management, infection control standards and promotes a culture of safety. Cleans and performs routine maintenance on floor equipment with the assistance from the Facilities Technicians as needed. Maintains accurate floor care logs and checklists. Operates all equipment with care according to facility and manufacturers safety standards and procedures. This includes cleaning, maintaining, and storing all floor care equipment and keys to the floor care equipment. Performs project work and specialty tasks according to facility needs that may include conference room set up/dismantle according to function and schedules. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE                                              Minimum of 4 Years of floor care experience required.
