WALLINGFORD, CT — A Silver Alert has been issued for James Citak, 72, who was reported missing from Wallingford on Tuesday, Aug. 10. Citak is described by police as a white male with gray hair and blue eyes. He is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 160 pounds. He was last seen wearing tan shorts, a white T-shirt and glasses.
