ROMEOVILLE, IL — The following information is from the Romeoville Police Department. An arrest or charge is not an indication of guilt. July 24 Tyler Maloney, 21, of Romeoville, was charged with DUI at 3:02 a.m. in the 200 block of South Weber Road. July 25 Eliot Garcia-Hernandez, 36, of Romeoville, was charged with aggravated domestic battery at 2:14 a.m. in the 300 block of Karen Avenue. Robert Lozano, 41, of Crest Hill, was charged with aggravated battery to a peace officer and resisting/obstructing an officer at 2:14 a.m. in the 300 block of Karen Avenue. July 26 Graffiti was sprayed on park equipment in the 1900 block of Trafalger Drive. July 30 Graffiti was spray-painted on a fence in the 200 block of Pell Avenue. Aug. 2 Graffiti was spray-painted on the side of a building in the 200 block of Romeo Road.
