CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court. Darcy Thibaudeau, 42, of Punchbrook Way in Rochester on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine charge on Jan. 13 in Concord. Shawn M. Sullivan, 37, of Stickney Avenue in Concord on operating while certified as a habitual offender and reckless conduct charges, both felonies. He was accused of driving in Chichester on June 25 after being certified a habitual offender and being involved in a chase with police. He was accused of strangling a woman in Allenstown on May 25. James A. Crossman, 31, of North Main Street in Franklin on two felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl, cocaine charges on Feb. 2 in Webster. Jonathan Ruharuka, 19, of Concord Gardens in Concord on second-degree assault and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies. He was accused of strangling a woman on March 8 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a sale of a narcotic charge in March 2019, in Merrimack County Superior Court. Also at the time of the arrest, he was out on bail. Jose Casiano, 33, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke on a felony controlled drug act; possession with intent to distribute-alprazolam charge on Dec. 9, 2020, in Pembroke. Timothy R. Mills, 40, of Barnstead Road in Center Barnstead on two felony aggravated felonious sexual assault charges. He was accused of fondling a girl between May 1, 2013, and July 30, 2014, in Pittsfield. Anthony McMann, 27, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of sale of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, fentanyl on Penacook Street in Concord on March 4 and March 11. Cody Connell, 29, of Fisherville Road in Concord on two felony aggravated driving while intoxicated charges. He was accused of driving on North State Street while under the influence on Nov. 10, 2020. Matthew Milne, 40, of Maple Street in Concord on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Concord on Feb. 19. Twice before, according to the indictment, he has been convicted on theft charges. Timothy Lazenby, 55, of Pleasant Street in Concord on a felony duty to report-subsequent offense charge. He was accused of failing to register his vehicle with the police on Feb. 21. He is required to register with police due to a rape conviction in November 2009. Rachel L. Newton, 29, of Cotton Hill Road in Laconia on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-subsequent offense-fentanyl charge on April 3 in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, she was convicted on an acts prohibited charge in Merrimack County in June 2018. Emma Parsons, 28, of South State Street in Concord on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-meth and two reckless conduct charges, all felonies. She was accused of pointing a handgun at another woman and a man on March 18 in Concord. On March 21, she was accused of being in possession of meth in Concord.
