BUCKS COUNTY, PA — All people must wear masks to enter any Bucks County government office, county officials have announced. The mandate went into effect Monday. The rule, which follows current CDC guidance around breakthrough cases and the delta variant, also applies to any time spent in common areas like hallways, foyers, and elevators. "The mandate includes the Bucks County Justice Center as well as all Magisterial District Court offices," according to a government news release. Mandated masking applies to all people entering these buildings, regardless of their vaccination status. However, masks are optional for fully vaccinated employees once they reach their offices or work stations. Masking procedures inside courtrooms will be subject to the discretion of the presiding judge or district justice. Stay informed about what's going on in Bucks County, or in your local area.
