Normal eh? Gosh what has changed in society as guns were always present for years--(one could buy a Thompson direct from Sears mail-order for years, no check)? Ditto dynamite, which ended with the 70's leftists. Near zippo issues for years--so what happened to "normal", liberals? How many shooting USA have you seen lately at: (1) an airport, (2) a courthouse (3) a capitol (4) any government building, etc.? (Think of all the state, city and federal buildings...day in and day out...) CRICKETS, percentage of buildings, wise. Gee, one would think IF the shooters have a society problem, they would take it out there first, right? Cops are to blame, so are juve judges, why not there? Brain time! What do ALL of those have in common that schools DO NOT? Answer: (1) One entrance in. (2) A metal detector--cheap! (use a hand wand--even amusement parks have them now, gee.....) (3) A guard presence. In Israel, the schools were a primary target of terrorists. Ever hear of a shooting there or a bomb in their schools? NOPE! And all because of the above. Hey liberals, why are AIRPORT travelers around the world EVERY DAY more special/important than children? Oh, you don't want to injure the psyche of the child by having them go through a detector station...once?? But a mask all day is ok?? Ha Ha I say if we can't have metal detectors in schools, then all the politicians worldwide shouldn't have them in their buildings, all the airport travelers worldwide shouldn't have them, all the worldwide government employees shouldn't have to suffer so. Equity and equality protection of children. The reason why we have federal building government metal detectors was because of the 70's leftist terrorists with bombs/guns....a record 270 terrorist incidents in just 2 years.
