What'd you think would have happened IF the worst of the bunch would have achieved their goal of reaching the Congress people? Hangings? Hostage taking? How about 18 U.S.C. § 2383 -Rebellion or insurrection? (I haven’t but I gave up after page 20 of similar). Only someone puffing on Hunter’s crack pipe would assume Pelosi and her weaponized DOJ wouldn’t expend all effort to charge any ONE of the Jan 6th people with these Title 18 crimes. (Ditto rhinos) Even if they had the evidence to sss..stretch the claim with a charge—that they knew would have been tossed later—they would have done so, for publicity sake. The federal prosecutor admitted on TV he stretched the existing charges for "shock and awe" to prevent anyone else from going to Wash DC between Jan 7th and Jan 20th. They’d love to “hang that one” on Trump in “guilt by (fffffar distant) association.” It’d be FRONT PAGE in a DOJ press release and all over the news—no need to look for it further.. The problem for the leftists: NO EVIDENCE OF THE CRIME THEY ALLEDGE BY CLEVER WORD-SMITHING.
