Mountain Dew: The Limited-Time, Unidentified New Flavor Is Coming Back to Spark Debate Amongst Fans WHAT: MTN DEW is releasing the latest iteration of its limited-time only flavor, MTN DEW Voo-Dew™, for a third year in a row of chilling flavor mystery. This new offering will leave taste buds scrambling as fans desperately try to solve the flavor mystery. Step into the unknown and take a sip of the new Voo-Dew™. Those who believe they've uncovered the mystery are encouraged to share their flavor guesses on social media using #VOODEW and tagging @MountainDEW. WHY: We know that DEW Nation loves a mystery. MTN DEW saw a huge spike in social conversation last year around the mystery flavor, "Fruit Candy Explosion," and now we want to do it again. We're bringing back the spooky tradition with a new mystery flavor for 2021. WHEN: Beginning August 30th, DEW Nation and Halloween enthusiasts can get their hands on MTN DEW Voo-Dew™, for as long as supplies last. WHERE: Available at participating retailers across the U.S. National Peach Month: NEW - bubly's peach Ingredients: · 1 oz. peachbubly · 2 oz. peach passionfruit juice · ½ oz. peach vodka · ½ oz. orange blossom vodka (or plain vodka) · 2 oz. champagne · Slice of peach · Passion fruit pulp to garnish Method: Fill highball glass with ice. Add all ingredients. Stir and serve. National Peach Month: bubly Peach Ingredients: · 1 oz. peachbubly · 2 oz. peach passionfruit juice · ½ oz. peach vodka · ½ oz. orange blossom vodka (or plain vodka) · 2 oz. champagne · Slice of peach · Passion fruit pulp to garnish Method: Fill highball glass with ice. Add all ingredients. Stir and serve. Creamy Peach and Coconut Popsicles Makes 6 popsicles Ingredients: · 2 cups cubed, yellow peaches, (or 2 cups frozen cubed peaches, defrosted) · 1 cup full fat coconut milk · 1/2 cup Pure Leaf Black Tea with Raspberry · · 1/4 cup orange blossom honey · 1 tsp. vanilla extract · 1/4 tsp. fine sea salt · 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder for color, optional · 1/2 cup shredded sweetened coconut, toasted Method: To a high power blender, such as a Vitamix, add the peaches, coconut milk, Pure Leaf Black Teawith Raspberry, honey, vanilla, salt and turmeric if using. Blend on high until smooth, about 1 minute. Makes about 3 cups of liquid. Evenly distribute between the 6 molds. Insert popsicle sticks and place in the freezer until frozen solid, at least 5 hours. Pour the toasted coconut onto a plate. Fill a wide mouth glass with cold water. Quickly run the molds under hot water for a few seconds for easy removal. Dip the popsicles into the cold water then place into the shredded coconut, flipping to cover both sides. Enjoy immediately. *Recipe courtesy of Chef Megan Mitchell National Rum Day bubly daiquiri Ingredients: · 4 oz. limebubly · 1 ¼ oz. white rum · juice of 1 lime wedge · ¼ oz. Torani lime syrup Method: Fill highball glass with ice. Add rum, lime syrup, and squeezed lime wedge. Top with limebubly. Stir and serve. Honey & Citrus Tea Punch Makes 1 drink Ingredients: · 2 ounces Pure Leaf Black Tea with Lemon · 1.5 ounces dark rum · 1 ounce freshly squeezed orange juice · .5 ounces freshly squeezed grapefruit juice · .5 ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice · .5 ounces orange blossom honey · Ice · Orange slices, for garnish · Lemon slices, for garnish Method: To a cocktail shaker add the Pure Leaf Black Tea with Lemon, dark rum, orange, grapefruit and lemon juices, honey and 1/4 cup ice. Shake for 20 seconds. Pour into a tall glass filled with ice and garnish with orange and lemon slices.
