Press release from the Guilford County Government: 08/10/2021 The Guilford County Board of Commissioners has called an EMERGENCY meeting in its role as the Guilford County Board of Health to consider revisions to Board of Health rules related to face masks and face coverings. (An EMERGENCY meeting is called when an item is time sensitive and does not allow the public body to provide at least 48 hours' notice to the public.) The meeting will be held at 3:00PM on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 and will be held virtually. The Guilford County Board of Commissioners remains committed to providing an open and transparent public process during the COVID-19 pandemic. THE EMERGENCY MEETING WILL BE HELD VIRTUALLY AND OPEN FOR CITIZEN PARTICIPATION THROUGH THE ZOOM VIRTUAL PLATFORM ONLY. THE MEETING WILL BE LIVESTREAMED ON COUNTY SOCIAL MEDIA.
