Hi there, gorgeous— We’re a keyboardist/vocalist and bass player looking for a few fellow humans to join our fledgling cult, er, band, in a musical journey to make the world a better place. Or worse place; doesn’t matter. Let’s just make music and chaos and see what we can do with it, maybe. Capisci? We are primarily in need of : —a drummer —a guitarist You don’t need to be Eddie Van Halen or Neil Peart or whatever so much as be ‘comfortable’ with yourself on your instrument—and, hey, if you like music of the experimental/rock/‘sui generis’ variety and can jam, we’d be darn pleased to meet ya. It doesn’t really matter where you’re from as we’re from different parts of L.A., but as of now we meet in Silver Lake to practice, so if you can get yourself there, you’re good to go. Our influences=all over the place, but include: Gary Numan, Death Grips, Spellling, Motörhead, Faith No More/Mike Patton’s newer stuff, Kraftwerk, Killing Joke,Wire, Circle Jerks, Cluster, The Damned, OFF!, Soul Glo, Swans, Siouxsie and the Banshees, Ministry, and a lot of various punk/post-punk/hard rock/experimental/metal-type stuff.
