I've been toying around with the idea of starting a QOTSA cover band. (and some kyuss and TCV maybe as well) I would play Josh Homme's guitar parts and vox. I would need at the bare minimum bass and drums. Would be ideal to have a lead guitar as well. Audition songs would be: Little Sister Song for the Dead Avon Walkin on the Sidewalks Mexicola I'm not interested in doing any songs from Villains btw. I'm in an original band currently which is 100% my focus and comes first. Goals for this cover band would be to have fun and play some shows for some pocket cash around town.
