Hiring a Maintenance Technician for beautiful apartments in the Fargo-Moorhead area. You would be responsible for completing work orders and managing preventative maintenance for residents. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday. On-call in rotation with other techs. Requirements: - Experience in residential maintenance - Knowledge of troubleshooting and repairs for plumbing, electrical, boiler and appliances - Must have valid Driver's license - Must be able to pass Kari Koskinen background check Great benefits package offered after probationary period.
