Landscaper/Gardener Needed

$25 per hour Hi, I am looking to a hire an experienced landscaper to maintain my yard on a regular biweekly schedule. The schedule will likely be approximately 4 hours of work every other week. I am flexible with the days and the time, and can work that out with you, however the days will need to be confirmed and regular. - Multiple years of landscaping experience - Must have all of your own tools and equipment - Must have experience operating irrigation/sprinkler/drip timers and must be able to program the timer to run. *This part is very important to be able to monitor and program the sprinkler/drip timer. Please do not apply if you arent able to operate a sprinkler/drip timer. - You will need to be able to monitor how much water the plants are getting and to ensure they are getting the right amount in order to keep them alive and healthy. - There are gophers on the lot and on occasion I will you need you to help clean dirt mounds and keep the gophers in check and to help prevent them from killing plants. - Must be reliable and fluent in english - Compensation will be electronic and so I must be able to pay you using Venmo, or a physical check. - Must have reliable transportation of your own, and already own a truck to bring your landscape tools when you visit. - On occasion I may ask you to purchase plants from a local nursery and plant them in the yard and so i will need you to be able to transport new plants either in your truck, or your truck will need a hitch to be able to use a trailer. I have a trailer on the lot that can be used for this. The first thing I will need done is to have the entire DRIP irrigation system inspected to ensure its working properly (fix any cut lines, plug any leaks) and programmed to a regular watering schedule. The irrigation controller is an Orbit brand using the B hyve wifi sprinkler timer. You will need to be able to connect it to the wifi and it has a programmable app that can be accessed from a smart phone. The lot has artificial turf and so there is no lawn to mow. There are queen palm trees that will need regular trimming and are accessible with a pole saw, along with hedges and a variety of plants to maintain on about 1 acre.
