Senior citizens need someone who knows security cameras

We need someone to recommend and install a relatively inexpensive security/surveillance camera to capture my neighbors harassing us. We have a ring security system, but it is not installed in the needed direction and is rarely triggered by their motion. We have heard of continuous motion but get confused when trying to find an appropriate camera on amazon. If you can give us a price for steering us in the right direction and then installing the camera once we receive it, we'd be forever in your debt. We need proof in the form of photos or video that they stare at us and come to our property to tell our renters bad things about us so they won't stay. Occasionally, they give us the finger when we back out of the driveway. Your help would be most appreciated.
