Hello! I am owner of a restaurant coming soon specializing in local fish and chicken sandwiches. All gourmet style. I am looking for a place where I can host a “fish fry” type of event on someone’s private property (land or parking lot) to help fund my start up costs. I am happy to discuss payment for use of the property, either an agreed upon price or percent of sales. I have an amazing family recipe that Cleveland has been waiting for. With your help you can see this dream come through from the beginning while earning money at the same time. I’m hoping for a mutually beneficial relationship where we can host multiple events throughout the remainder of the summer and fall.
