Jamestown Apartment owner is looking for a part-time on call during business hours property manager to inspect property, correspond with tenants, and look after properties when necessary. Hourly pay is based on $25-30 an hour or other negotiated arrangement. Property owner is Looking for somebody that is honest, proactive, comprehensive, well spoken, able to communicate through email, take pictures, and has transportation and smart phone.
