I am the owner of the studio/room for share, I have included some older photos(its fully acoustically treated now, and has art, fridge, etc). its a very very large room, in a high end lock out facility, with private parking and security cameras. Its being used for rehearsals for my band and as a private recording studio. I am looking for one band/artist to sublet the room. You will be allotted an extremely generous amount of time for your rehearsals and for the cost, an extremely discounted fee for recording costs with me as the engineer, should you want that. You are welcome to use most of the instruments, if not all of them and also welcome to park your gear here permanently. if you have recording experience, we can discuss you using the studio as well. $700 a month. First and Small Deposit to move in.
