This piece of legislature was designed to punish people who vandalized a national monument with a min 10 year sentence. According to Trumps own legislation every person who vandalized our capitol building during the insurrection should receive a ten year sentence in federal prison.
Trump went to a great deal of effort to write tis law, the least we can do is enforce it. How is that for irony. The Trump insurrectionists imprisoned by Trumps own stupid law.
