SO, on Monday afternoon I’m at the river at the Sunrise Access and this young couple walks up from the water and asks for a ride to the rafting store as they got off their friends boat early. Not even a mile away, I put them in the back of my white van and off we went. Nice 20-something couple…she’s been drinking but he seems in control. I offer them bottled water and ask him to use my knife to open the packaging…..my mistake. Son, that knife you stole from me was a very special memento and now I get to remember you instead of the person who gave it to me. That memory cannot be replaced and I will try to find it in my heart to forgive you. Apparently, you needed it more than I did. Ps- sweetie, your bf is a thief. You can do MUCH better!
