Looking for a rental real estate rehab team/crew for immediate work. You must be licensed, insured, and bonded must be able to pull proper permits and handle All projects are ASAP Project 1: (Eastway and Kilborne area) insulation installation (attic clean out and install, wall install) drywall kitchen cabinet installation/bathroom vanity installation/island installation tub/shower installation bathroom fan toilet installation sink, disposal, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator tile installattion wood floor installation closet shelving installation interior/exterior paint plumbing - sinks, dishwasher, toilet, tub/shower electrical - whole house fence installation Project 2: (Eastway & Shamrock area) drywall repair vanity installs kitchen island install doorway threshold install trim install large and small mirror hanging exterior and interior door installation bathroom fan install closet shelving installation other handyman type fixit needs Project 3: (The Plaza and Sugar Creek area) small drywall repair paint touch up recalking vanity install other handyman type repairs We require: references We pay: company check, zelle, and Pay Pal We do NOT give advances or deposits We will do partial pays when certain job elements are complete and time lines are met We will pay for materials When responding, please provide name, company name, if applicable, confirm your insured and can provide references, phone, email, and more information about you and your company and when you're available to go look at each project and a rough estimate of when you're available to start. PLEAS NOTE: if you are a company or crew who specializes in any of the above and would like to come in and do just what you're good at, we will absolutely do that as well. You must be insured and have references. Example: drywall crew, paint crews, kitchen and bathroom installation crews, insulation crew, flooring crew, etc....
