I am looking for drivers to house hunt for distressed properties. You can do this full time or while you are driving Uber or delivering packages! Pay is $1000 for every home that closes. You will receive a bank certified check or cash (whichever you prefer) Once you locate a house that looks vacant and in need of repairs, take down the address number and a photo of the outside (more photos would be helpful) and send that info to my phone number (202) 617 - 7239 or email me Criteria for looking at house: - Overgrown vegetation where grass and lawn look unkempt with weeds, long grass, vines. -broken and/or boarded up windows is certainly a sign that the property is vacant. -code enforcement signs (The majority of the time, they are posted on the front door or front window.) -looks like it needs maintenance.
