If interested please apply at with resume. 541-228-9751 MACHINIST ($15-$22 DOE) Job Description: We are looking to hire an experienced job shop machinist for day shift (7am-3:30pm). Candidate should have the ability to set-up, operate, and maintain machinery to produce quality metal parts. Be able to work at a steady pace to ensure timely delivery of products without compromising safety and quality. Essential Job Duties: • Set up machinery and adjust as necessary to improve performance and quality • Troubleshoot issues and perform maintenance • Make sure that parts are within tolerances and to print • Determine which tooling will be best used • Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency • Clean machinery and maintain a clean work area • Perform “first article inspections” to ensure that product is within customer specifications Qualifications and Experience: • Machining experience with mild steel, stainless, and aluminum • Mastercam experience, educational equivalent will be considered • Experience with a Fadal 3-axis CNC machine preferred • Experience using lathes, milling machine, drill presses, and grinders • Layout, measure, and mark metal stock • Lift up to 45 pounds • Detail and safety oriented • Ability to perform mathematical calculations in different units of measurement Willingness to work overtime as required WELDER ($17 - $25 DOE) • MIG/TIG/ARC/SPOT Weld - heavy on TIG weld of stainless steel and aluminum with tight tolerance parts • Day Shift 7:00am-3:30pm • Weld test will be administered Candidates must have: • High School Diploma or equivalent • Experience working with stainless, mild steel, and aluminum (current/recent education will be considered) • Read blueprints in both USC and Metric • Working within specific tolerances • Use measuring tools • Operate forklift and OH crane • Inspect completed welds to determine quality • Set up welding machines • Lift up to 45 pounds • Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency • Layout and fabricate custom-designed parts • Willingness to work overtime as required DESIGNER/PROGRAMMER ($20-$25 DOE) Job Description: Process customer jobs that come into the Engineering department for release to the shop floor. Work with the Sales department and/or customer to clarify what they are needing. Prepare sufficient and accurate models, drawings, and dxf files so that the shop floor can complete the job. Back up and help Sales department when needed. Qualifications and Experience: • Associates Degree in Drafting or Engineering and/or 2 years related experience • Proficient in SolidWorks and AutoCad. BySoft experience helpful • Ability to read blueprints and drawings • Use and read calipers • Previous experience working with sheet metal preferred • Excellent organization skills • Able to lift 10+ pounds • Inspect customer samples QUALITY CONTROL ($16-$20 DOE) Job Description: Inspect first articles and final product to make sure that product is within the customer’s specs. Inspect for dimensional control, features, material, finish, and cosmetic specifications. Use of various tools including but not limited to calipers, measuring tapes, thread gauges, micrometers, and squares. Create reports and completing necessary paperwork. Qualifications and Experience: • 2+ years previous experience in quality control • Experience with metal fabrication, welding, forming, machining, etc. • Excellent communication and organization skills • Ability to work with others to obtain a quality product • High attention to detail
