The Property Maintenance Inspector position conducts on-site inspections of residential properties and commercial properties to ensure that property owners and city residents are complying with applicable property maintenance local, state, and federal laws and housing, nuisance and unsafe structures codes.
Position Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Minimum qualifications: Must have and maintain a valid Class C Kansas driver’s license and a city insurable driving record. Minimum of two (2) years work experience in a related construction field.
