This position will be responsible for the cleanliness of apartment buildings in Elk River and Zimmerman. You would be in charge of making sure it's a good environment for residents to come home to, and assist with cleaning apartments before residents move in - ensuring they are immediately comfortable in their new home. Some seasonal grounds work as needed is also a requirement, so this position is perfect for the active candidate, not wanting to be cooped up in an office! Properties are owned and managed by a national Property Management group who promotes from within and encourages development - many of their Regional Managers and Facilities Supervisors started in this position!
