General Accountabilities • Service and repair gutter systems on various properties • Ensures adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures. • Use power tools to attach gutters • *The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time. Job Qualifications • Must have High School diploma or equivalent • Experience working on or performing maintenance and or repairs on roofing, construction or gutters is preferred • Experience in use of basic hand and power tools • Must be comfortable working at high heights and on ladders • Effective verbal and written communication skills Physical Requirements • Ability to lift up to 50lbs with reasonable accommodations • Ability to work while standing, walking, bending, stooping, twisting and sitting for extended periods are required to perform basic job functions • Multi-tasking • Judgment and decision making • Attention to detail Work Environment Prolonged hours outdoor, physically strenuous condition that requires standing, walking, climbing, squatting for multiple hours at a time.
