Vendor Invitation to Apply to the 25th Annual Holly Days Craft Fair! Happy Holly Days! It is our pleasure to begin accepting applications to our 2021 Holly Days Craft Fair this year! Applications will be limited to the number of available spaces for the Gym, Worship Center, Cafe/Lobby, Bonus and Auxiliary Rooms. We hope that this year will be a great success. SEE LINKS BELOW to submit your application. Be sure to include one photo of your crafts for consideration and publication if accepted. Please note, no Food/Drink sales. There will be an on-site food/baked goods concessionaire. Important details DATE: Friday and Saturday November 5th and 6th, 2021 HOURS: Friday 3pm – 8pm and Saturday 9am – 3pm LOCATION: Grace Church 6901 San Antonio Drive NE Albuquerque, NM 87109 SETUP: Begins on Friday, November 5th from 12:00pm-3:00pm or Saturday, November 6th from 6:00am-9:00am. SPACE: Spaces will be labeled and marked in tape. All displays must fit within this space. Wall spaces and/or electricity for an additional $5 fee until gone. TABLES: You may rent 3ft X 6ft tables for $6.00 each. They do not include a covering. Table feet must be covered. ELECTRICITY: You must bring your own 20 Amp rated extension cord. PUBLICITY: We will work hard to get the word out via social media, banners, yard signs, community calendars and more. Help us spread the word too! TEAR DOWN: Breakdown of displays may begin no earlier than 3:00 pm Saturday. OTHER: • No lit candles or open flames! • Hang displays or crafts using paint tape or sticky tack. • Cover sharp furniture feet/corners with tennis balls or heavy duct tape. • All extension cords must be 20 AMP rated (12 gauge with a 3 prong plug). • Year in advance reservations are no longer taken.
