Description

Performs necessary repairs and preventative maintenance to preserve all buildings and equipment at a peak level of operation and appearance at the most reasonable level of expense possible. Directly supervises the daily site physical plant operations and the staff performing its maintenance. Performs and direct repairs and/or replacements of all mechanical and structural systems contained within the respective property. Must be high school graduate, or possess equivalency. At least one year of prior apartment maintenance staff experience is required. Maintenance licenses and certifications are preferred
