Dolphinz Swim School in Parker is hiring full and part time Swimming Lesson Instructors and Lifeguards for our indoor facility offering programming for kids 6 months and up. Candidates MUST have: Work experience as a swimming lesson instructor, coaching, teaching or in other early childhood related jobs. Hold current Lifeguard Training and CPR certifications (can provide certification if needed). Must have a love for working with kids! Job Duty Expectations: Attendance and punctuality are critical. Follow swim school policies and procedures. Must be mature, responsible and detail-oriented. Teach children based on their own individual needs. Exceptional communicator with parents and co-workers. Professional work relationship with co-teachers and peers. Work a set schedule - must be available evenings and weekends. Rate: $15.00-$20.00 for instructors, $12.90-$15.00 for lifeguards - depending on experience. Job Types: Full-time or Part-time positions available Benefits: PTO, Health Insurance, 401(k) Facility hours are 9am-8pm Monday-Thursday, 9am-9pm Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday and 9am-7pm Sunday.
