Looking for someone to start asap. Handyman can be Spanish speaking. Hourly wage will depend on how much handyman can do from this list. Needs to have their own vehicle. Must have their own tools. We do pay for gas on vehicle. Handyman will need to drive to their jobs sites. Must have Drivers icense and insurance. Commonly worked areas are KC, KS and St. Joseph Mo. • Assess project and layout specifications, cost estimates, and timelines • Respond to tenants' requests for maintenance services, including replacing air filters, installing new locks and troubleshooting smoke detectors • Ensure the parking lot and sidewalks are free from litter and debris • Ensure all vacant properties lawn care and yard work is maintained. • Services that fall under lawn care but are not limited to are: pest control, weed control, fertilization, soil testing, aeration, seeding, deep root feeding for trees and shrubs and irrigation • Test performance of in-unit appliances, such as refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, ovens and coffee makers • Main field rep/handyman will have a home-base property. Meaning, when he or she is not working on maintenance requests; he or she will need to remodel that said property to be rent ready. • Home-base properties will differ once completed. • Respond to requests from property managers and maintenance services as needed from the Las Vegas Office • From the Las Vegas office will dispatch all maintenance orders, update them on all maintenance • Assist La Casa I, LLC a property management company, in majority of all maintenance issues for all properties in the Kansas City area.
