Opioid Withdrawal Study for People in Methadone Treatment

Description

The National Institute on Drug Abuse needs volunteers for a research study testing an investigational drug’s effectiveness in decreasing opioid withdrawal symptoms. Participants must be between the ages of 18-75 and currently in a methadone treatment program for opioids. During the study, participants will stay at in inpatient unit in Baltimore, MD for 14 to 21 days. You will not need to quit your current methadone treatment to participate. Questions?
