Hi, I am looking to hire a pool maintenance tech to help me with my pool cleaning route in Georgetown/RR. I have been in the swimming pool industry both commercial and residential for 15 years and have a small company with a loyal customer base. While I am trying to grow my business I am first wanting to hire an employee who will be with me for the long haul and wants to grow into a larger role. Job requirements- clean background, clean Texas DL, clean appearance and ability to speak confidently to customers, ability to work long days/overtime and some weekends. Knowledge of the pool industry is not required however I would prefer it. Pay is based on experience. Starting pay for non experienced tech would be 15/hr and susceptible to an immediate raise once out on your own handling the route. There is not a set rate for an experienced tech and pay would be negotiated during interview, knowledge of repairs and cleaning is a huge plus. You will be provided with a company vehicle that you can take home after the first two weeks. It is a full sized 2014 Silverado. I do not skimp on tools or equipment. We have 2 new service 30 hammerheads with spare batteries and all new tools. If you need something tool related, you will never go without it. I am very easy to work with and get along with. This job is for someone who wants to be independent. I will not micromanage or breathe down your neck. I just expect good hard work.
