Band room - lockout to share saucepot

Hey I have a 24hr access room at the sauce pot I'm looking for a band or a drummer that is responsible and easy to work with to share the space. Respecting other people's equipment and paying rent on time is a must. Currently I'm not in the area so it's pretty much open for all time slots and the scene is very chill. Recording studio in the same lot. The room is in a good spot as well. More than half the room can be utilized I'm not sure the dimensions it seems like 14 x 20 possibly. It can hold two drum kits and some other equipment. There are two tables/desks in there now plus my drum equipment. Respond with how many members, equipment and interest of time slots of interest and other general info like age and experience with band shares and any questions.
